1. You must be 18 years or older to commission me.2. You may not claim LiquidToothCreations work as your own.4. Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.
1. All communication should be in English or German.2. Fursuit friendly character sheets are required unless you are purchasing an art-lib Fursuit.
You can commission character sheets from me for an extra fee of 80,00 €3. I keep a log of our correspondence.
1. A deposit of 30% is required to secure your slot.
The remaining balance must be paid before shipment.Payment plans can be discussed individually, but missing a payment may result in your slot being cancelled.2. I accept Euros (€) as payment currency. Please use an online currency converter to calculate what my commissions cost in your currency.3. I do commissions through paypal (or bank transfer) and keep a log of our correspondence to ensure that you have consented to these terms. In the event that you initiate a PayPal dispute with the intent to fraudulently obtain an unauthorized refund, our documented correspondence will serve as evidence to verify any dishonest actions on your part. Engaging in such fraudulent activities will result in your blacklisting from all my social media accounts, accompanied by a public warning about your actions. Kindly refrain from attempting to obtain a refund without prior agreement.4. I will refer to German law, which states that made-to-measure products are excluded from the right of withdrawal or refund.

1. A 100% refund is possible only if work has not started on the commission.
If materials have been bought the commissioner will receive a partial refund and the materials will be used for further projects.2. Commissions: If you back out of payment after significant progress has been made on your item, the payments you have made thus far MIGHT NOT be refunded.
I retain the right to alter your dropped commission as I see fit and resell the item as a premade. You will be asked directly if the changes I make are sufficient enough to avoid character/design theft.3. No refunds will be given to any CUSTOM ITEM after it has been shipped.4. PREMADES: In the event of a non-customized item return, it must be in its original, unused condition, and the client is responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs won't get refunded.
1. I do not guarantee completion dates unless explicitly stated in writing.2. Estimated turnaround times may vary depending on workload, material availability, and personal circumstances.3. Rude or demanding behavior may result in termination of your commission.
1. I offer 6 months free minor repairs after delivery (shipping not included).2. Damages caused by misuse, poor storage, or modifications are not covered.
The warranty is void if the Fursuits are used for NSFW purposes.
1. I will provide WIP (work-in-progress) photos during the build process.2. Please do not spam me for updates - respectful communication only.
1. The commissioner has to have paid for all the shipping costs before the commission will be sent out.2. I ship worldwide. Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price. International buyers are responsible for knowing their country’s import rules.
My location: Germany4. All packages are shipped fully insured to protect against loss or damage during transit. In the event that a package is lost , I will assist in filing an insurance claim with the shipping carrier. Please note that refunds or replacements will only be issued once the carrier has completed the claim process and confirmed reimbursement. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for inspecting the package upon arrival.3. Leftover fur will not be shipped to the customer.
1. I retain the right to use photos and videos of the commissioned work for promotion.2. Do not claim my work as your own or resell it at inflated prices.
